银川出现ISO9000质量管理体系认证假证书

日前，宁夏银川市的家具、木业公司在参加销售业务投标时，个别公司出示了假的ISO9000质量管理体系获证证书。

      在参加销售业务投标的企业中，银川某木业有限公司的证书编号为6400/200425165，证书上写由中国质量认证中心（CQC）2004年3月28日发放，证书上CNAB（中国认证机构国家认可委员会）认可编号为Q13，从2004年7月份以后CQC的CNAB认可编号为CNAB001-Q，而此前CQC正确的CNAB认可编号应该是Q07。经进一步查证，CQC数据库中根本无此证书，且获此证书尾号的企业为山西某公司。显然，银川某木业有限公司的ISO9000认证证书系伪造证书。
